Come join me in my kitchen where every class begins with a tour of my spice box over chutney and snacks. All ingredients, recipes, and cooking secrets are shared. We'll dine on what we've cooked together in the Hush dining room after class.
Indian cooking has a lot of ingredients, most of them unpronounceable. Add the fact that you can't even find half the ingredients at your local grocer, and the whole enterprise feels daunting. That's where I come in. These classes are about removing tension. The curtain will be drawn and the wizard of masala will be revealed. By the end, you'll be making perfect saffron rice that looks as puffy as a restaurant's.
Hush is a hands-on experience. You will be divided into teams to prep the dishes and we will take turns cooking each dish. Each person will leave with questions answered and fingers scented with spices!

Classes are $75/person and include all ingredients, recipes, and dinner afterwards. Classes are BYOB.
